Thank you so much for the extraordinary support for OFF YOUR BACK this year.

Due to new COVID-19 restrictions across Melbourne and Victoria it is necessary for us to end the campaign early this year. If you still have coats that you wish to rehome, please look for a suitable charity within your 5km radius.

The 2020 campaign was extremely successful and we gained a lot of community awareness about our annual appeal. OFF YOUR BACK collected a huge amount of coats this year. It was tremendous to see how many people chose to still think of others while living through a pandemic, of all things.

Most excitingly I was able to work with the Geelong community to create satellite drop off and distribution facility so that the people of Geelong were kept warm too.

To think, it’s almost 20 years since it all began and over 100,000 pre-loved coats have been put into the hands of those in need without any money changing hands.

Thank you to everyone involved with an extra special thanks to CAPITAL transport for facilitating the movement of the coats from the drop off locations to the places of distribution.

Looking forward to Winter 2021.
Stay safe and warm.
